What is Mac Duggal's return policy?
Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for garments that come back with makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear. Strict enforcement of this policy allows us to provide you free returns and free exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and support!
How to I return or exchange an item?
1. Initiate your return through our <Returns Center>
2. Ship your items back to us within 14 days of the original ship date.
3. Our quality assurance team will inspect your items to make sure they're in the same flawless condition as when we shipped them to you. (Please remember that we will not issue a refund if the item has been worn or damaged.)
4. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method, and send you an email as soon as we do.
How long does it take to ship an exchange?
Your exchange is processed immediately - even before you send back your original item! Just give us one business day to get it packed and shipped out.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed as soon as your items are inspected and your return is approved. Please allow up to 7 days from the time your return arrives at our facility.
If I try on an item and it doesn't fit, can I return it?
Of course! We just ask that you please treat the garment gently and remove all jewelry, makeup, lotions, cosmetic tanning, deodorant, or anything else that could damage the garment before dressing. Items that are damaged while trying on will be considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Thank you for your understanding!
What items can be returned?

By "most," we just mean items that have not be worn, damaged, or altered in any way. All items are thoroughly inspected before being shipped to you, and will be inspected upon their return to our facility. We cannot accept your return if items come back showing any signs of wear or damage damage -- no exceptions. Thank you for your understanding!
We can only offer refunds for items purchased through our website. Items purchased outside of MacDuggal.com — either in-store or through another website — are subject to that specific retailer's return policy.

Where do I ship my return items?
We've got you covered! After initiating your return via the <Returns Center>, we will provide you with a complimentary pre-paid return label. Simply pack your items, affix the return label, and take it to your local <CARRIER> location. Be sure to ask for a receipt as confirmation of the drop off.
Can I request a return via email?
All returns must be initiated through our <Returns Center>. This is the only way we are able to process returns and quickly issue your refund. Returns that are sent without going through the Returns Center will not be processed.
Are returns free?
Yes! You will be provided with complimentary return label. If you choose not to use our return label, Mac Duggal cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen or lost in transit. Please remember that your return must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of your shipment date.
