Pricing

All prices are in USD. Prices displayed are exclusive of sales tax and may be subject to audit and correction.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be collected in accordance with all state and local laws where applicable. Sales tax is calculated during the checkout process and is based on your shipping address. In accordance with the law, it is your responsibility to report and pay use tax on purchases of tangible property that is not taxed by Mac Duggal.

Modifying or canceling orders

We are unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed. Please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address at checkout as we are unable to modify or reroute deliveries.

Product Availability

Orders are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to ensure our inventory is accurate and up-to-date, there are rare occasions where an item may not be available for shipment. We will reach out to you via email if an item you purchased is out of stock.

  • Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Delivery estimates are displayed on all product pages and at checkout.
  • Once your package has left our facility, we are not responsible for delays in delivery or packages that are lost or stolen.
  • We offer standard shipping within the contiguous United States. At this time we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Orders must be shipped to a physical address.
  • We'll send an email with tracking information once your order is on its way! Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
  • Your package will be delivered to the shipping address you provide during checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address or reroute packages once they've left our facility.
  • All outbound shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

You can check your order status by logging in to your account or by visiting our order status page. 

Tracking information can also be found in your shipment confirmation email.

Delays

We make every effort to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible, however the occasional shipping delay is inevitable. If you're ordering for a special occasion, we recommend doing so far enough in advance so that you have time to try on your items and initiate an Instant Exchange if needed.  

Bulk or Oversize Orders

Large orders may be subject to additional shipping and/or handling fees which will be determined when your order is processed. Should your order be subject to additional shipping charges, we will reach out to you to discuss shipping options. Please feel free to reach out prior to placing your order to receive a quote for bulk/oversize orders.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return policy

Return Policy

Items purchased through macduggal.com may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of your order's ship date. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Returns must be initiated via our self-service Returns Center.

  • We will provide you with a FedEx return label, and a $12 label fee will be deducted from your final refund.
  • We’re pleased to offer one free exchange per order. If you decide to return your exchange item(s), the $12 return label fee will apply and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any original shipping charges paid are non-refundable, no exceptions.
  • Please note that if you do not use our return label, Mac Duggal is not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or damaged during transit.
  • Do not send back any items without first creating your return/exchange in our Returns Center. Items shipped back to us without an RMA will not be processed — no exceptions.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we've issued your refund.
  • Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for garments that come back with makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear under Mac Duggal's discretion.

Return policy details & exclusions

 

  • Garments that have been worn, altered, damaged while trying on, or have missing tags are considered final sale and may not be sent back for return or exchange.
  • If a damaged item is returned, a refund will not be issued.
  • We are not responsible for locating or sending back miscellanous items included in return packages.
  • We will only process returns and exchanges for items purchased through our website. Items purchased outside of macduggal.com — either in-store or through another website — are subject to that specific retailer's return policyExchange orders ship within 2-3 business days via UPS Ground.
  • Expedited shipping is not offered on exchange orders. If you need your item(s) sooner, we recommend placing a new order and sending your original items back for a refund.
  • We reserve the right to deactivate customer accounts if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity. Large or oversized return packages may be subject to additional shipping fees for which the customer will be responsible.

We reserve the right to reject any return that is not in compliance with the policies set herein.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact customercare@macduggal.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Description of damage/issue
  • Clear photo(s) of the damage
