Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?
If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to help protect delicate items during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, that’s not a problem — you may use your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier.
You do not need to include your original packing slip or order invoice; however, please be sure to include all return paperwork provided through the Returns Center.
Please note:
- Handbags must be returned with their original dust bags to be eligible for a full refund.
- Missing or damaged dust bags may result in a $15 handling fee.
