Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. All orders must be shipped to a physical address—we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

How quickly will my order arrive?

We’re committed to ensuring your order arrives in a timely and seamless manner.

Delivery timeframes can vary based on your shipping destination and the selected shipping method.

  • Orders shipped via Standard service typically leave our facility within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Express shipping orders are prioritized to ship within 1–2 business days, with transit times generally up to 2 days after dispatch.

For U.S. orders, many items display a Shop Promise badge, which shows an estimated delivery date at checkout based on your delivery location, the tie your order is placed, and insights from our past shipping performance. Please note: Shop Promise estimates do not account for unforeseen delays, such as weather disruptions or carrier-related issues.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

Can I change my shipping address?

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provide at checkout. We are unable to make changes to your shipping information or reroute your package after an order has been placed.

Please note that prior to shipping, each item in your order will be individually inspected for quality. Due to the delicate nature of our garments, we ask that you please treat garments gently and remove jewelry and makeup before trying on. Please keep in mind that items that have been damaged while trying on will be considered final sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
