Meet the Visionary Behind the Brand
Born on May 23, 1960, in New Delhi, India, Mac Duggal developed an early passion for women's couture fashion, inspired by the rich, royal history and opulent traditions of his native land.
Over the years, Mac Duggal's brand has become one of the most sought-after names in women's luxury apparel and evening wear, known for creating exceptionally flattering pieces for women of every age, shape, and size.
Mac Duggal's innovation in evening wear has gained him international recognition through hundreds of awards, as well as an induction into the Smithsonian National Museum of American History in Washington, D.C., in 2017.
Today, Mac Duggal continues to showcase seasonal collections known for their statement-making
drama, feminine detailing, and modern sensibility. Meet the Family
Growing up amidst sequins and feathers, Mac’s daughter, Ieena Duggal, became a designer in her own right after graduating from FIT in 2015. As Creative Director, she infuses a modern, edgy flair into occasion wear through her line, Ieena for Mac Duggal.
As the brand flourished over the decades, largely found in boutiques and department stores, the pandemic offered a unique opportunity. Mac's son, Yuvraj Duggal, launched our e-commerce site, MacDuggal.com, in 2021, enabling us to connect directly with our customers.
We’re excited to continue growing with the launch of our Ready to Wear and Handbags lines in 2024, featuring elevated everyday styles and handbags.
