European Union & United Kingdom Right of Withdrawal
For customers located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting [email protected] or by initiating your return through our Return Center. Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the item(s) without undue delay.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as outlined below.
This right of withdrawal is in addition to any other rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
