Premium Standard Shipping (International)
Delivery Time: Varies by country
Cost: $15 USD (or local currency equivalent), or free shipping on orders over $300 USD (or equivalent)

DHL Express Shipping (International)
Delivery Time: Varies by country
Cost: $25 USD (or local currency equivalent)

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• U.S. Express orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• International DHL Express orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• International Premium Standard Shipping orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery times are displayed on product pages and during checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
• At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
• We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Information

Orders are delivered to the shipping address entered at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address or reroute packages.

Please note:

• High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.
• All outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

International Orders

We offer two shipping options for international customers:

• Premium Standard Shipping (FedEx)
• DHL Express Shipping

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to carrier or transit issues. If you are ordering for a special occasion, we recommend placing your order well in advance to allow time for delivery and try-ons.

Bulk & Oversize Orders

Large or oversized orders may incur additional shipping and handling charges. If additional fees apply, our team will contact you after your order is placed to discuss available shipping options.
