Do you charge a fee for returns?
For U.S.-based orders, there is a $20 fee per label for returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You also have the opportunity to select the "Pay Now to Unlock Free Return" option at checkout and paying a $7.98 fee. If you decide to return your item, you'll be able to return at no further cost.
International returns are subject to a $25 Return fee. We will provide you with a DHL express label. The $25 return label will be deducted from the refund amount for all international returns.
