- Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Delivery estimates are displayed on all product pages and at checkout. Processing time for most orders is 2-3 business days.
- Once your package has left our facility, we are not responsible for delays in delivery or packages that are lost or stolen.
- We offer standard shipping within the contiguous United States. At this time we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Orders must be shipped to a physical address.
- We'll send an email with tracking information once your order is on its way! Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
- Your package will be delivered to the shipping address you provide during checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address or reroute packages once they've left our facility.
- All outbound shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

We make every effort to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible, however the occasional shipping delay is inevitable. If you're ordering for a special occasion, we recommend doing so far enough in advance so that you have time to try on your items.
BULK OR OVERSIZE ORDERS
Large orders may be subject to additional shipping and/or handling fees which will be determined when your order is processed.
