Great dress. Poor Construction
It truly pains me to write this review as I loved this dress. I bought it for my daughter's wedding. And as the second most important woman at this celebration I wanted a very special dress and this fit the bill. I felt like diana ross when I put this gown on and it was comfortable and a gorgeous color in the blue shade. Unfortunately that is the only positive thing that I can say about this dress. Within minutes of putting it on beads and sequins started falling to the floor. I literally shedded sequins and beads for the entire day and night if my daughter's wedding. It was so bad that I had to put tape to try to keep the entire dress from completely unraveling. It unraveled so much that I had to hang the dress up and I couldn't even take it to the dry cleaners as it would have literally disintegrated. I can't even sell it because it was so poorly constructed. I reached out to this company via email Facebook Instagram Twitter and LinkedIn with no one reaching back to me. Istudy included pictures of entire columns of beads missing. All I received was an automated bot response. I was very disappointed that a dress that was very expensive is made by a company with zero customer service. I wasn't expecting a full refund but I certainly expected someone to reach out to me with some kind of attempt at renumeration for the debacle that is this dress. I at least wanted the company to stand behind their finished product and recognized that it was poorly constructed and offer me at least a coupon for another dress. In the future but I received nothing. My stern warning to anyone who was looking at any sequined/beaded dress by this manufacturer: DO NOT BUY IT. This dress was the only negative in what was otherwise beautiful day. Such a shame!
