Can I cancel my order once its placed?

Orders that have been shipped or placed outside of the warehouse business hours (Monday through Friday 8 am – 4 pm CST) cannot be cancelled. You may be able to cancel if you contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order during our regular business hours. A cancellation is NOT guaranteed unless you receive confirmation from the Mac Duggal Customer Service team. We cannot make any modifications to addresses once an order has been placed.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once an order has been placed we can not update the delivery country/location. We may be able to change the address within the same country or cancel the order, so you can place a replacement order if you urgently contact us within the same day you placed the order.
