Can I cancel my order once its placed?

Orders that have been shipped or placed outside of the warehouse business hours (Monday through Friday 8 am – 4 pm CST) cannot be cancelled. You may be able to cancel if you contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order during our regular business hours. A cancellation is NOT guaranteed unless you receive confirmation from the Mac Duggal Customer Service team. We cannot make any modifications to addresses once an order has been placed.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once an order has been placed we can not update the delivery country/location. We may be able to change the address within the same country or cancel the order, so you can place a replacement order if you urgently contact us within the same day you placed the order. Can I get back the duties and taxes paid on a refunded international order?

For goods sold to Canadian and European shoppers that qualify for duties and taxes reclaim under the CREDITS program will be refunded in full as part of the return.
