Where can I find my return shipping label?
Once you initiate your return through our Returns Center, you’ll receive an email containing your prepaid return label and step-by-step return instructions.
Your label will also appear on the final confirmation screen after you complete your return request. At that time, you’ll have the option to download or print your label.
Please download or print your label before leaving the confirmation screen. Once you exit the Returns Center, you will not be able to re-enter to retrieve a previously generated label. After that point, your label will only be accessible through the email we send you.
